le futur simple

  • used for : saying something that’s going to happen in the far future, predicting an event, weather predictions

  • translated into english as “will”

    • je finirai mes devoirs - i will finish my homework

  • conjugation :

    • start with infinitive verb

    • remove the e for verbs that end in -re

    • add appropriate ending (avoir conjugation)
