Reflexive verbs

Use reflexive verbs to say that someone is doing something for or to themselves.

Action doer=action receiver

To conjugate, move the -se at the end of the verb to in front of the verb and conjugate it based on the subject.

Yo	Me
Tú	Te
Él, ella, usted	Se
Vosotros	Os
Nosotros	Nos
Ellos, ellas, ustedes	Se

Then take of the -ar, -ir, -er at the end of the verb and conjugate it with the regular present tense endings. You still do stem changes in yo, tú, el, ellos forms for stem change verbs!

Cepillarse	Yo me cepillo los dientes	I brush my teeth.
Acostarse	Tú te acuestas a las diez	You go to bed at 10.
Afeitarse	El se afeita de la mañana	He shaves in the morning
Entrenarse	Nosotros nos entrenamos en el gimnasio	We train in the gym
Maquillarse	Vosotros os maquilláis	You (plural people) put on makeup
Lavarse	Ellas se lavan a las nueve de la mañana	They wash up at 9 in the morning
