a state may not be sued in federal court by a citizen from another state.

if no candidate for vice president has a majority of the electoral votes, the Senate votes to elect the vice president.

states cannot take a citizen's property without due process of law.

says no one can lose their right to vote because of the color of their skin.

gave Congress the power to collect income taxes from the people.

provides election of senators by the people.

the president's term in office ends on January 20.

says that if the president-elect dies before taking office, the vice president elect becomes president.
