Civil Rights
The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin
1st amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
2nd amendment

3rd Amendment
Forbids the forcible housing of military personnel in a citizen's home during peacetime and requires the process to be “prescribed by law” in times of war.
