social issues and the bystander effect

social issues in society can be explained by the bystander effect otherwise known as genonvese syndrome.this can be backed up by the fact that peoples’ responsiblility diffuses in groups.one example of this is how the German citezins behaved in Nazi germany.they did not help because the cost of helping was too high and that no one else did it.Therefore the bystander one strength of this study is practical application(where a real world scenerio/event can be explained by a phenomenon). This is a strong example of this.
