9 Elements of Communication
The source of information, thought, or idea. It starts the communication process.

Complete communication is essential to the quality of the communication process in general. It answers the WH question.
Insignificant or redundant information should be eliminated from the communication that will be sent to the recipient. Making something straight to the point.
To be effective, the speaker should always consider relevant information about his/her receiver such as mood, background, race, preference, education, status, and needs, among others.

Language Barriers
However, even when communicating in the same language, the terminology used in a message may act as a barrier if it is not fully understood by the receiver/s. For example, a message that includes a lot of specialist jargon and abbreviations will not be understood by a receiver who is not familiar with the terminology used.
Psychological Barriers.
