I didn't receive a verification code. What should I do?
On the screen to enter your code, press the grey "Didn’t receive an email with your code?" button. This should send another code to your email. Make sure to wait 1-5 minutes for the code to appear in your inbox. If you still don't receive a code, make sure to check your Spam and Junk folders. I forgot my password. How can I log in?
Under the password field on the login page, press the grey "Forgot Password?" button. From there, enter the email you used to make your Knowt account. You should receive an email with a verification code asking you to verify that you are the owner of the email address associated with the account. Return to the login screen and enter the verification code and your new password. You're set! Return to the login screen and continue to your Knowt account with the new password.
